Email 6: From 350 Pounds To 161 In 11 Months [True Story]

A few weeks ago Aline run into Tracy, one of the Morning Fat Melter most successful clients.
She went down from 350 to 151 and completely changed her life.
Aline interviewed her and it turned into an amazing weight loss interview, which I know will inspire you to take action and lose a few pounds this week!!
So, go ahead and read it below!
Aline: Hi Tracy. Tell me what made you decide to change your life and start losing weight ?
Tracy: I have always remembered my childhood as a big baby and the weight never left.
The pounds just kept piling and I never gave much thought to it, until I weighed over 350 lbs at the tender age of 35, after I had my child Ken.
At that point, I started having a great feeling that I needed to do something about my weight and health, especially since I had a child to take care of.
The thought of getting into health complications and leaving my son without a mother, was just plain scary.
I was also pre-diabetic, I had high blood pressure and high cholesterol, so I had to do something about my health.
I also needed to lose weight, because my husband, Mike, who was only my boyfriend then, hasn’t proposed to me yet.
I had the feeling that if I hadn’t lost weight, he would have left me and Ken.
Of course, there were so many pretty dresses I wished I could fit into and I wanted so badly to reach that level so that I could finally get married.

Aline: So, how did you start?
Tracy: So, just like any other person inclined to lose weight, I started my journey by finding out everything there was available on how to lose weight.
I even motivated myself by watching weight loss videos and listening to success stories of people like me, who had managed to shed off the weight.
For about 6 months, I tried so many things, but very small results. I was thinking I would end up fat and alone for the rest of my life.
Aline: So, what happened ?
Tracy. Well, this was in 2015. One Saturday afternoon, I was browsing on Facebook and I saw one of your workout videos and I signed up for the free plan.
20 minutes later I was already reading your PDF ebook and one hour later I was doing your first workout.
When I saw the scale go down 1.4 pounds the next morning, I decided to buy your program, together with the advanced program and your cookbooks.
I embraced your ideology and in that first month, I lost 28 pounds!

Aline: Waw! I think you are one of my most successful clients so far.
How did you feel after you lost 28 pounds?
Tracy: I felt great of course, I was really motivated and when I saw how Mike’s attitude towards me changed, I got even more motivated.
In my 2nd month on your program, I lost another 25 pounds.
Aline: Great stuff Tracy. So what happened then?
Tracy: When you see results coming up so fast, you get motivated, and I became so motivated that losing weight became the focus of my life.
By the end of the 11th month, I had lost 189 lbs!. I was at 161 lbs from 350 lbs and I could wear sizes I never thought I would ever wear and it felt wonderful.
I have kept some of my old clothes to serve as a reminder of my old life.
Aline: Tell me what happened in those 11 months
Tracy: Just followed your program, it became a part of me, while at the same time, I was also having a lot of fun!
Aline: So, when did Mike propose?
Tracy: Around 1 year after I started, I was around 155 pounds when he finally proposed to me.
It was really the most amazing day of my life, as he invited all our friends. When I came home from work, everyone was at our house and he sat down on his knees and proposed to me.
Aline: So, what happened next?
Tracy: I got pregnant again. Here’s a photo together with my family on another vacation.
As you see, I was not the same. It seemed as if I shrink because of the cold weather :-))

Aline: How much did you gain during your 2nd pregnancy?
Tracy: I only gained 27 pounds, and I lost them all in the first 3 weeks, because my new fast metabolism.
Aline: One thing that I always see with massive weight loss is loose skin and stretch marks. Did these happen to you too?
Tracy: Because I was doing your 15 minutes workouts daily and completely changed my diet, right now, after almost 4 years since I started, I have almost no loose skin.
A bit around my stomach, but other than that, my skin looks really healthy and young.
Aline: Fantastic. How is your life now?
Tracy: It’s just amazing. Here’s a photo of me now.

I love my reflection in the mirror, I am super confident and I see how Mike looks at me now. This feeling makes me feel like it was all worth it!!!
Now, I consider myself a sexy woman. I am an example for all my family and friends, and have never been happier and healthier in my entire life.
I am proud to be me 🙂
Aline: What do you recommend for the women who are overweight and want to make changes ?
Tracy: They should start your Morning Fat Melter program for sure.
Start the day with one of your workouts and then to just follow the meal plan and your guidelines. After the 1st month, their metabolism will change so much, that they will become a completely new woman.
I really see this as a change of lifestyle.
If in the past you were unhappy, miserable and fat, in order for your life to change, you have to become happy, healthy and toned.

I know most of your clients are women over 50, but I met many of your younger clients, and I know it works amazingly well for women in their 40’s as well for the women in their 60’s or 70’s.
